History of Altars of Reflection—Control

Altars of Reflection—Control is a Lore entry in the book ''Mnemosyne'', unlocked in The Witch Queen era. It is a report by a Hidden agent, LIN-357, studying the Altars of Reflection in Savathûn's Throne World. The subject of the report is "VIP #7282", which is Savathûn.

== How to unlock ==

Destinypedia's page for the book states entries unlock by completing each of the four Altars of Reflection branches (Pact, Insight, Choice and Catalyst) in Savathûn's Throne World. This page's own triumph requirement is a single "Progress" objective with no description; the exact trigger is not spelled out by the sources, so treat the branch completion above as the practical route.

LIN-357 tests the Altar with a crystal shard. The first memory (Savathûn's death and gaining the Light) replays identically; later attempts show extra dialogue but "no awareness of hers", read as a recording meant to influence. The shard stays tied to one memory, so more would need items of personal relevance.

== Notes ==

• The book ''Mnemosyne'' collects eight entries in all: Dispatch, Assessment, Control, New Input, Conclusion [Draft], Conclusion, "RE: Altars of Reflection—New Input" and "Personal Accountability".
• Altars of Reflection is an expansion-era (2022) lore book, not a Season of the Witch or Rite of the Deep one.
