History of Alchemical Etchings

Alchemical Etchings is the Exotic intrinsic perk of Lunafaction Boots. It increases hip-fire range and accuracy for Primary ammo weapons, lets Rift abilities increase weapon reload speed, and makes weapons effective at longer ranges in Empowering Rift. The current item definition and reference descriptions agree on these effects.
