History of Aeonian Alpha-Betta

Aeonian Alpha-Betta is the triumph for catching the Aeonian Alpha-Betta, an Exotic fish from Season of the Deep (2023). It is the third and last fish for the Wicked Implement questline.

== How to complete ==

Bring plenty of bait; guides recommend at least 100, as the fish is a rare spawn. Bait drops from seasonal activities, strikes, Crucible, Gambit, patrols, public events and planetary resources.

Go to the Fish Pond in The Outskirts in the EDZ: travel to Winding Cove and Sparrow southwest.

Fish repeatedly. Reel quickly when pulled underwater for a Perfect Catch, which boosts Exotic fish odds. Keeping the Focused Fishing bar high (catching Legendary or better fish) also helps.

Catch the Exotic and release it in the H.E.L.M. aquarium.

== Rewards ==

Releasing it grants the Broken Blade of Cunning and a random Exotic weapon or armor, the last blade needed for the Omen Tormentor fight to get the Wicked Implement scout rifle.
