History of Aeon Maul

Overview

The Aeon Maul is a Vex heavy weapon used only by Hydras. It deals Void damage and fires explosive shots in quick succession, which can strip a Guardian's shield quickly.

Behaviour

Hydras keep firing even from cover, and they keep shooting at a player's last known position. A Hydra's head explodes on death, so keep your distance.

Variants

Some Hydras use a Solar death blast, and some Aeon Maul variants appear across several factions, as in Root Module Restriction and The Sieve.
