History of Act I Key Fieldwork

Overview

Act I Key Fieldwork is the capstone Fieldwork quest of Act I of Revenant. Eido, the Apothecary in the Tonic Laboratory in The Last City, asks you to carry out key Fieldwork to help her tonic research. It is a seasonal story activity (listed power 1900) and unlocks only after the earlier Fieldwork tiers are done: complete all five Major Fieldwork assignments.

Walkthrough

1. Open Eido's "Fieldwork Items" menu and start the Key Fieldwork.
2. Go to Widow's Court and defeat the Scorn there; investigate the apothecary station and learn that Fikrul has captured the Apothecary.
3. Collect the Scorn Crossbow (the Liquid Chromatograph) found in the mission.
4. Return to Eido in the Last City.

Rewards

A tonic laboratory upgrade that unlocks new brewing possibilities and recipes (Eido thanks you for the "tech upgrade"). Related Fieldwork tiers pay out reagent sacks, and Eido's progression also gives Ascendant materials and an Exotic sparrow.
