Log in during Echoes Act III and accept the quest "A Resounding Truth".

Receive the message at Failsafe's console in the H.E.L.M., then speak to Failsafe.

Failsafe then gives the main quest "A Rising Chorus: Act 3", which carries on through the act. Finish it to unlock the triumph.

• The plot revolves around Maya Sundaresh, who holds the Echo of Command and wants to create a new Golden Age.
