History of A Hero's Requiem

A Hero's Requiem is a lore triumph for the Ghost Stories lore book, added with the Forsaken expansion (September 2018). It has no objectives of its own; it is earned by unlocking its entry.

== How to unlock ==

• Ghost Stories entries are unlocked by finding Dead Ghosts scattered through the game's destinations. Collect Dead Ghosts until this entry (the 13th in the book's listing) unlocks, and the triumph completes with it.
• Tip: check which Dead Ghosts you are missing in the Ghost Stories book rather than hunting blind.

== Entry summary ==

The entry is a recording of Cayde-6 describing waking up as a Guardian: confusion on resurrection, panic on meeting his Ghost Sundance, and a frantic run that ended with him running off a cliff. Those present remember the story less as history than as armor Cayde wore, with his humour serving as both shield and weapon, and conclude that "Cayde would want us to laugh."
