History of AION Initiative

Overview

The AION Initiative discovered Kepler before the Golden Age, a planetoid defying known physical laws. Once it could travel there, it founded a colony to study the world and its gravitational anomaly. The mystery was passed down through generations, and the colony was cut off from Earth by the Collapse. The colonists survived and became the Aionians, who remain isolated on Kepler.

Location

Kepler is a small, rocky planetoid in the Oort Cloud, about 1.7 light years from the Sol System. Kepler is also home to the House of Exile and the Nessian Schism. It is the destination of The Edge of Fate, unlocked through Mission: The Invitation.
