History of ACD/0 Feedback Fence

ACD/0 Feedback Fence is an Exotic gauntlet armor piece for Titans. Its flavor text describes an Active Contact Defense system that uses warsat hull materials to store a retaliatory charge.

Overview

• Intrinsic perk: Fury Conductors. Melee kills build up explosive energy in the gauntlets; being struck by an enemy melee attack releases it as an explosion around you, and the wearer takes reduced damage from that hit. One community guide quotes the explosion as hitting for 22% of base melee damage per stack, up to 3 stacks within 5 m; treat those numbers as approximate, since the wiki sources do not give figures.
• Slot: Exotic gauntlets (arms), Titan only.
• Debuted in Season 1 of Destiny 2 (the original launch year).

Acquisition

• Exotic Engrams: random drop; heavy-chance sources include Public Events and activity rewards.
• Xûr: occasionally sells it for 23 Legendary Shards.
• Historical (Year 1): PowerPyx's launch-era guide says it was one of three Exotic choices offered by Sloane after completing the Riptide mission on Titan in the Red War campaign. This is a launch-era source and may not reflect today's game.

The in-game source text reads "Exotic engrams; extremely rare world drops." There is no Catalyst and no dedicated quest today.
