History of 2082 Volantis

Overview

2082 Volantis, the Forge Star, is a blue hypergiant star system colonised by the Vex. It has no planets; the Vex dismantled them to build orbital megastructures that sustain the star. Clovis Bray I reached it through a Vex gate on Europa and collected the Radiolaria used to make Exos. In Destiny 2: Beyond Light the gate beneath Asterion Abyss was reopened by Eramis, letting the Vex mind Belmon invade in The Glassway.
